I’m no fan of buying cars, but my experience at Macklin Toyota was stress free, the sales person I dealt with (Jared) was very knowledgeable and made the process easy to follow, seems that buying cars is virtually paper free these days, our car was well prepared and ready to collect bang on time, Jared even remembered that I didn’t want any of the cringy (to me) showroom unveiling of the car, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Jared personally and Macklin as a company to my friends and family…or indeed the wider car buying public 10/10 from me.

Macklin Motors Toyota Glasgow were fantastic because the overall experience was very smooth. From selecting the car to discussing the deal,confirming all documents electronically, selecting my collection day and unveiling my new car in the showroom. The communication from both Rachel and Jared was exceptional. Each stage of the process was clearly signposted, meaning I was fully aware of how long each step would take. I was always in the loop and never left wondering what was happening. The overall purchase was very quick from start to finish.
Jared showed fantastic knowledge of the car and took great time in explaining all the features and functions of the car. He also contacted me after to check how I was getting on with the car. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I am completely reassured that should I have any questions around the car then I will get in touch and they will be able to answer and assist me.
I have purchased many cars from different dealerships and Macklin has been one that I will definitely be returning to in the future.
